Good metabolism a thing of the past.

I used to have an incredible metabolism.  I could eat anything I wanted and lose weight.  People told me that when I get older my metabolism will change and I will have to start watching what I eat.  They weren't further from the truth.  What's ironic is in youth ministry I am constantly surrounded by food that only adds to my total poundage.  I resonated with Jake Rutenbar's angst in the following video:
